Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengetahui, fungsi MGMP dalam peningkatan profesionalisme guru IPS SMP di Komda Pati, aktivitas MGMP IPS SMP Komda Pati dalam peningkatan Profesionalisme Guru IPS, produk-produk yang telah dihasilkan oleh MGMP IPS SMP Komda Pati dan dampak MGMP IPS SMP Komda Pati terhadap peningkatan profesionalisme guru-guru IPS. Metode penelitian di dalam riset ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif natural evaluatif. Total situasi penelitian sebanyak 48 guru-guru anggota MGMP IPS SMP Komda Pati. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis data kualitatif. Hasil riset ini yaitu: 1) Sebesar 91 % guru mengikuti kegiatan Sosialisasi PKG/PKB dengan aktif. 2) Sebesar 95,5% guru mengikuti kegiatan Workshop Sosialisasi PTK dengan baik. 3). Sebesar 61 % guru telah melakukan koordinasi pengurus dengan baik. 4) Sebesar 100 % telah melakukan rapat pleno I & II di Trowulan, Ronggowarsito, dan Gunung Merapi.

 

The purpose of this research to determine,  function MGMP in junior high school social studies teacher professional development in Komda Pati, the activity of SMP Komda Pati MGMP IPS in an increase in IPS Teacher Professionalism, the product have been produced by IPS MGMP Komda Junior Pati,  junior IPS MGMP impact of increased professionalism Komda Pati teachers IPS. This research was carried out with natural qualitative descriptive. Total research situation as much as 48 teachers of junior members of the IPS MGMP Komda Starch. Analysis data with qualitative data analysis. The findings of this research are: 1) As much as 91% of teachers following the socialization activities of PKG/PKB actively. 2) As much as 95,5 % of teachers following the Workshop PTK with good socialization. 3) Amounting 61 % of teachers have been doing a plenary session I and II in Trowulan, Ronggowarsito, and Mount Merapi.
